As a Mum you expect to feel tired but did you ever expect you would still feel that tired or physically weak months or even years on from having your baby???

During pregnancy, remarkable changes happen in our bodies.  We give our babies nutrients from our body - handing them over to the placenta to build a healthy baby. Our microbiomes undergo dramatic changes too.

Join me for this workshop and find out how to re-nourish yourself and recover. Most Mum’s don't even realise how good they can feel just through making some small changes to their every day lives.  I can help you.

As a Mum you expect to feel tired but did you ever expect you would still feel this tired or physically weak months or even years after having your baby???

During pregnancy, remarkable changes happen in our bodies.  We give our babies nutrients from our body - handing them over to the placenta to build a healthy baby. Our microbiomes undergo dramatic changes too.

After we have our babies we often lack time to recover, or adequate nutrition, which means women are often left depleted.

Are you:

  • Tired from the minute you wake up in the morning?

  • Experiencing a low mood and feeling emotional even if you've managed to grab a nap?

  • Craving sugar all the time, and you just can’t shake it?

  • Relying on caffeine to get you over the next hurdle?

  • Suffering from mid-afternoon slumps?

These symptoms are put down to ‘being a mum’ and labeled as what to expect. Women are often told to ‘get on with it’.

Join me for this workshop and find out how to re-nourish yourself and recover. Most Mum’s don't even realise how good they can feel just through making some small changes to their every day lives.  I can help you.

As well as working as a Registered Nutritionist, I am a Mum of 3 small children so I am fully aware how difficult it is to make space for yourself to access this type of support. Babies in arms are welcome to come with you. Please DM if you have any questions.
