So many of us feel like we are compelled to eat sugary foods. From cakes, chocolates, biscuits and fizzy drinks, our world is filled with sweet treats!


It’s perfectly natural to enjoy sweet foods (we have evolved from times when food was scarce, and high calorie food was essential to our survival). However, some people feel ‘addicted’ to sugar, and are relying on sugary foods to get them through the day. 


In the UK, we're consuming more than double the recommended amount of sugar every day.  Our children are eating more sugar than the amount recommended for an 18-year-old by the time they reach their 10th birthday. 


By popular demand, I am running a series of sugar addiction workshops to help demystify some of the myths around ‘sugar’ and give you some practical ideas of how to break free of the sugar trap without giving up sweetness.  


This workshop is for you if you are experiencing:
