How does nutrition coaching work?

I approach nutrition coaching by listening to your needs and what you want to accomplish, learning how you live, discovering what's really important to you.  

I base my advice on your goals and lifestyle, making simple and realistic recommendations for change. I teach you doable daily actions that are designed to fit into a busy lifestyle.  This way of working is really effective in you creating healthy habits that become second nature and last a lifetime.  I want you to enjoy this journey and be passionate about the food you eat!

I work with you throughout the change process, supporting you as often as needed by email or phone when inevitable stumbling blocks present themselves.  

I help you bring nutrition and health into your life in a way that works for your life —without it taking over.

Prices start from £85 for an initial consultation, followed by £55 for follow up appointments.
