Nutrition Clubs are a 6 week programme that empower you to take small, easy steps that kick-start healthy habits.
Each week, Club members meet to gain new skills and knowledge. You will have support from other members alongside the expertise of your Nutrition Coach (that is me, by the way!)
You will leave the programme feeling positive about making good nutrition choices for you and your family, and will have the ongoing support from your fellow Club members.
